The property was nice however i was there a total of 5 days and our room was serviced once no change of bedding/beds not being made while we were away towels and wash clothes were not changed daily i had to hunt down a housekeeper to get fresh towels. All staff encountered were pleasant.

This was our third multi night stay in the last year and a half. During all three stays at least one of the two elevators were out of service. On all three multi night stays, we didn’t receive housekeeping service in our room. When we asked about it, they told us that they were very busy, nearly full, and that they had placed a temporary request-only housekeeping service in play. While I question whether they ever have daily housekeeping service available, it would be nice if they notified guests of this at check-in. The property has a nice bar area, but on the nights that we tried it, the place was stocked with the bartender’s local friends, and we were made to feel a little unwelcome. We plan to revisit the area several times in the next few years, but I think we’ll find another hotel in the same area.

Fine, But...

The stay was fine. The room was cleaned very well and comfortable. Also the staff at reception was top notch. What wasn't fine was the distance to the airport that was in the hotel description. On the Hotels.com app, the distance was state aa being "2 miles to the airport." But in actuality, the distance was almost 7 miles. This is significant because traffic was a huge factor. Someone needs to correct this as it is misleading. I would not have stayed at this hotel had I known the real distance was 7 miles. I would have stayed at the Marriott as that is on airport grounds.

I Liked The Room Appearance Overall . I Liked How Convince It Was To Travel To Other Stores nn Etc . But I Didn’t Like The Pillows On The Bed . They Was So Worn Out . The Bathroom Sink Would Start Leaking Water EveryTime I Turned It On . I Was Always Able To Hear Anytime Someone Else In The Hallway Opened Or Closed Their Room Door. I Was Hit With Unexpected Fees That Was Not Told To Me Prior To Arriving At The Hotel. The Pool Closed So Early ( 8pm ) & I Didn’t Have Time To Enjoy It . Getting To My Hotel Room Included So Much Walking And By The Time I Walked Across The Entire Hotel To Get There , I Was Tired
