We love this property and have stayed multiple times. It’s new and clean and is in a great location. This visit, however, left us frustrated. When checking in we were told they were cleaning the carpet in all the rooms and to plan accordingly. We were told it would t take long to dry etc. Our room was soaked for most of the day. Couldn’t sit on the couch because they cleaned that too. It’s great that they clean but all they had to do was put us on a floor that wasn’t being cleaned for the two nights we were there. The hotel was no where near occupancy and the one night we were there during the cleaning process they did floors 8, 7 and then 6 - our floor. All in all it was just super inconvenient especially with our small dog. The hotel apologized for the mixup (should have put us on a different floor) and comped parking. I would have preferred the refund one night stay or at least the $75 pet fee. Just make sure you know whether they will be cleaning while you’re there. Other than that the hotel is a great option.
