TERRIBLE, HORRIFIC , NASTY customer service. Hilton employee at the front desk named “RAVEN” hung the phone up on me while trying to resolve an issue with my stay. There weren’t enough bathroom towels, bedding, or pillows. Because Raven and her manager were annoyed with me , they downsized my two queen suite to a one king bed. My 4 kids didn’t have enough space to sleep comfortably. The living area floor lamp didn’t have a lightbulb. During breakfast on Sunday morning, the kitchen ran out of milk. The area is ghetto and not enough parking for hotel guests with 6 floors. Never again.

The overriding detractor from this stay was that the room was not ready at check in. The pillows were tragic, and one of the beds was lumpy. It took over ten minutes for the water to get hot, and there was not much water pressure.. Although we started eating breakfast and hour before close all the coffee was gone it was not refilled. The breakfast taco station was empty excepting some tragic looking sausage.

Tight for having 2 rooms. On site grills old not clean. Pool decent but freezing . Available kitchen supplies minimal...could do better. Stove top would not even heat water. Staff excellent. Breakfast typical and appreciated. Overall would stay again.
