The staff member at reception was friendly enough but lacked giving information, like where the room was located. Blinds were all stained and ratty, holes in doors, table and fridge missing feet, oven and stove stop filthy. Couch was stained. Had to have a plumber come at 10.30pm to fix a tap that wouldn’t turn off. I will say they at least actioned that straight away. We were not game to use the kitchen at all, it did not look like it had been cleaned at all. There were still coffee stains on the sink drainer, hair and dust in the cutlery drawers. The pots were filthy and the cupboards smelt dusty and moldy. Very disappointed.

Bbqs were advertised, but unusable as there was no gas bottle and they were filthy. Shower screen was broken, air con was not great. Undesirable clientele with police presence on 1 night, was worried about our vehicle being broken into or tools stolen.

Did not feel safe at all. Random people lurking around at all hours, pacing past my room in the night, staring at me whenever I left the room. The room had a terrible smell of sewerage which smelt like it was trying to be covered up by bleach. My friends room smelt even worse than mine.
