Overall our stay at this hotel was fine. The staff were wonderful, our beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we got a good night’s sleep after a long flight from the US. We were a little surprised about the condition of the laminate flooring in our room which was torn up in several places. We also could not lock our room with the deadbolt so we threw our luggage behind the door and used the safety latch. We did not report these issues to the front desk because we were too tired to pack up our belongings and switch to another room. I am pretty sure they would have given us another room if we asked.

Hidden 15% tax after reservation for nationals. No smart Tv, lights don’t work properly. Won’t come back. I have gone to 5 more hotels in the same city and non of them charged me ever that 15% IVA tax after Expedia final reservation. It is not cool to let you know about the tax just when you receive your confirmation, it should be displayed in the reservation detail before paying.

Of all my travels, this is by far the best accommodation I have experienced.. Helpful and experienced staff make this place of joy to stay. This hotel is more of a resort, but for much less money. Stay at this hotel.

The parking elevator was hard to find. We walked a lot back and forth. The area was very noisy and the room's furniture was soiled. The sofa bed when opened was at the floor level. No sheets or enough towels, pillow covers were provided for sofa bed upon arrival.

VIP access is non existent in this hotel. Zero benefits. A very frugal hotel that is far from the 5 star hotel it identifies as. I would rather stay at oro verde. This hotel does nothing to improve your stay. They should not have VIP access. They do nothing for their VIP patrons.
