The staff were amazing and so helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is aging and it shows. Our 2 bedroom had no hot water in one bathroom and the other bathroom tub and toilet were clogged.

OK, needs to be deep cleaned and remodeled

I remember how nice this hotel used to be when it was operating as a Residence Inn. It’s not as nice anymore. The outside is nice but inside of the rooms need to be remodeled. The furniture is old. The carpets could use shampooing and the walls could use washing. The bathroom, however, was clean, which I appreciated.

The reception was excellent and provided great customer service; however, the room I received had a used towel and a bit of trash under the bed. Reception changed my room. No problem. The second room had the same issue. A used butter knife under the bed and dried food underneath the couch. This made me inclined to believe that housekeeping isn’t cleaning these rooms properly and that’s worrisome. Solid 3 stars.
