Absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. The onsen experience is magical. The buffet is outstanding. The hotel also arranges for taxi service with pickup and drop off at the Shinkansen station, eliminating all stress about transit. I would consider staying here for a little longer next time.

The room was gorgeous and relaxing! And staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The food was bad though, which was unfortunate because we were looking forward to it. It felt like some of the sushi and fruit were sitting out for quite a while. Also we were assigned a dinner time spot, which was at 7:30pm (didn’t have an option to choose), and by then after a long day we were starving and wished we could have an earlier spot

Room was spotless, staff communicated very well with us, hotel itself is gorgeous. Upgraded to a 9th floor room with massage chair for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The buffet was okay. Private baths available to rent on sight along with every room having its only single private open air bath. Will be back!
