I forgot my toothbrush and they don’t offer any toothbrushes. Also, I thought that I was entitled to free bottled water as a silver member, but there was no water to be found in our room and when we were leaving the parking garage, there was something hanging from the door that scraped the paint on my vehicle and when we told the lady at the front desk, she didn’t say anything and just continued doing what she was doing.

Breakfast was included and well supplied variety. Rooms were quiet during our stay. The parking (having to park in a separate parking garage) was a slight inconvenience but it was good that the vehicle was secure.

Took an hour to check in. Only 2 elevators for a 16 storey hotel meant long waits and crowded elevators. Then a room full of kids with no adults present kept us up till after midnight with no intervention from hotel staff despite 2 calls to the front desk. Parking is an extra $28 per day. Definitely the must disappointing $300 night I have spent in Halifax and will not be returning to this hotel ever again.
