This is not a hotel we are accustomed to. This is a small office to check-in, then gives room assignments located in various separate buildings remote from the office. Room keys are given there for any vacant rooms available. Address given on the website is for one of the so-called sleephotels where rooms are located but have no check-in facility. Do not make the mistake of trying to check-in at this address. If you call the phone given at the website, you will be given an address of a remote office for checking-in. This makes you carry your luggages back & forth unnecessarily. One Positive thing: Rooms and shared bathrooms are surprisingly clean and have plenty of sheets and towels.

NO. Just no.

I'll start with the positive: The room was actually quite spacious for a single room and was nicely decorated with a small couch, bed, desk, and clothes hanging area. The shared bathroom was clean and adequate and the shower was nice enough even though you had to press a button every fifteen seconds to keep the water running. It seems like I am giving this a good review, BUT DO NOT STAY HERE! (a) The address indicated on your Orbitz itinerary is NOT where you pick up your keys and is also NOT where you actually stay. (b) The location where the actual hotel is is quite seedy and they have to employ a security guard to stand outside of the hotel after about 5pm to make sure nobody gets in. (c) The hotel is under renovation, so in order to get in, you have to use this small little key to turn a lock about five feet away from the door, itself. You then walk into an unmanned reception area and take an elevator to a designated floor. The elevator leaves you off in a construction site (they are clearly still building the hotel and are combining two buildings to do so). You then have to walk through an unmarked door to get to the other building where they have finished renovations. You then have to find the stairwell (also an unmarked door), and then go down a flight since the floors apparently do not match up between the two buildings. It is BIZARRE and a little creepy.

Bis auf den Lärm empfehlenswert

Stark verrauchtes Zimmer, aber alles sehr sauber und neu. Leider unter dem Gebäude ein Club, der die ganze Nacht Tekkno spielte. Auch der Check-Inn ist etwas aufwendiger, aber die Rezepion ist telefonisch gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmergröße und die Betten sowie die Lage sind großartig. Das Zimmer wird jedoch als Nichtraucherzimmer angeboten. Der Geruch im Badezimmer lässt DEUTLICH einen anderen Rückschluss zu. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, eine ordentliche Reinigung des Bades ist jedoch weder vor unserer Anreise noch während des Aufenthalts erfolgt. Im Badezimmer sind insbesondere die Fugen und Duschabdichtungen von Schimmel befallen, in einer Ecke haben sich die Spinnenweben bereits massivst angesammelt. Die Wascharmatur ist verdreckt und muss entweder komplett erneuert werden oder gründlich gereinigt werden. Neben dem Schimmel im Bad schimmelt jedoch auch die Wand am linken Fenster. Dort zieht sich schwarzer Schimmel über die gesamte Ecke hoch. Auch scheint die Wand am linken Bett einen Feuchtigkeitsschaden erlitten zu haben. Das ist schade. Insbesondere, weil wir die Möglichkeit hatten, in das Doppelzimmer nebenan (Rotherbaum?!) zu schauen, welches wirklich stilvoll eingerichtet war und das Badezimmer weder nach Zigaretten und Nikotin noch nach Schimmel roch. Zudem funktionierte an keinem der Tage das WLAN, das lt. Schlüsselanhänger vorhanden sein sollte. Gemäß den Buchungsinformationen war das Hotel dauerhaft ausgebucht - also ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich - und bei den eklatanten Misständen hätte eine einfache Reinigung nicht ausgereicht.
