Godt hotel og fint værelse. Trafikken kan ikke høres. Jeg kunne godt have brugt en el-kedel og kaffe/te på værelset. God udsigt fra tagterassen på 8. sal Jeg spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet.

Great location - very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. The only minor issue was a slow drain in the shower cabin, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

the hotel is placed fantastic that’s why I use it down a negative thing I have to say was that it seems like I was disturbing the receptionist when I arrived at 9 o’clock but it’s legal to have a bad day Nice breakfast And the room was clean and working, okay

A relaxing + comfortable overnight stay in Hamburg

Very good location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the main shopping area. Easy access to the metro in order to visit other areas of Hamburg I.e St Pauli. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. There was a fridge and a bottle of free water in the room. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider the hotel again if I was revisiting Hamburg.

MANAGER IS BAD!

Desde el primer día en que llegué, solicité que por favor me dieron una habitación con una cama grande y no dos camas pequeñas, me tuvieron tres días, indicándome que me cambiarían a otra habitación, luego él nunca ocurrió hasta que yo consulté en recepción y me indican que la única cama que había tenido una vista que no era favorable versus la vista que ya tenía. Cabe recalcar que la atención entregada por el manager fue pésima, en todo momento estuvo a la defensiva y no fue nada empático con el trato hacia mi persona, también cabe destacar que cada vez que le hablaba en inglés, me corregía cada palabra que él consideraba que estaba mal pronunciado. Entendiendo que su manager debería estar a la altura de su cargo y no optar, por tener actitudes como las que tiene, considerando que al ser asiático debería ser mucho más empático con otras personas de otras nacionalidades, debido a que él probablemente sufrió o ha sufrido el mismo bullying

The property has a terrace on the roof that offers some very nice views of the city. For the price the condition of the hotel is not good. No free wifi and mold in the sink.
