The pool was closed the entire stay. In our 2 rooms, both had multiple issues - broken blinds, broken AC, no hot water, etc. We were told because we booked through hotels.com, there was nothing they could do to compensate for booking a higher priced hotel specifically for the pool, which was closed without notice our entire stay

After check in we went to our room and our door was open. Next we arrived back at our room no clean towels. Next in the early morning housekeeping tried to enter our room. Not very happy with this stay
