Beautiful property and food was very good. Lots of walking hills and steps to get to main restaurants can be tiring if you are not a young person. We found the most pleasant people were the waiters and housekeeping. Bartenders (especially at the pool) were grumpy until you gave them a substantial extra tip and then they were your best friend and would smile and talk to you. Not a place to go if you want quiet and relaxing as a lot of kids running around which I knew. Not a deal breaker, but this resort definitely caters to families with kids. Drinks were just ok. Food was good quality. Some dishes much better than others. I found it is a pretty good deal for the all inclusive package and you can't beat the quick air travel from Boston and the beauty of the island.

Overall we had a very good stay. Mostly positives. A quick list of major catagories on a scale of 1-10. Food and food serIce- 9. Pool and beach areas -8. Lobby and check in - 9. Rooms - 7. A bit worn. Lastly drinks and drinks services- 3 ! Terrible bartenders and drinks. Slow, ornery , and at times mean. So bad, even though the overall score would be about 8 I doubt I would return. Real shame.

The property is beautiful, our room had a great view, and all the staff (Matthew, etc) are wonderful especially with kids. Beach and pool aren't huge but very nice and never an issue with getting a chair. The Pergola is a great spot to watch fish; while the birds, chickens, and (especially) cats found on the property add to its charm. Food isn't cheap but we didn't have a bad meal here and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day. Being just a few minutes from the airport, and with a bus stop out front that lets you access most of the island once you figure out the routes/schedule, we would definitely go back.

Beautiful place to stay as we made it all inclusive. Many things to do on property ..swimming in a cave on site was a highlight for me. Food was excellent and actually tried new foods.

Customer service was awesome, bus transportation was convenient and easy, very close to airport and the beach was beautiful. Food prices are up there, but that’s to be expected. Internet access was mid. The beds are small for two but comfortable

We enjoyed staying at this property. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel driveway. The beach was small but perfect for us. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the calm bay and seeing all the fish as they were swimming. There was also an obstacle course anchored in the bay where they were able to swim out and jump off. My kids are picky eaters so there weren't very many options for dining for us. But the restaurants at the resort were very nice. We enjoyed going up to the Swizzle Inn for more than one meal. The hotel was very accommodating for our specific requests. The front desk was very helpful in helping us navigate public transportation. There are some great restaurants in St. George. We did visit the Royal Naval Dockyard, but that bus ride was over an hour. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

We really liked the cleanliness of the entire facility and the friendliness of the staff. The only recommendations are to have more variety in the menu options and open the restaurant earlier for the breakfast buffet. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

properties a bit tired, despite recent renovation, a lot of cosmetic work was done, but the bones were not repaired, i.e. knobs fell off our shower the first time we used it, and we had hot water going full speed in our tub for about 20 minutes until maintenance arrived, the entire room fogged up, we were worried we were going to have a flood. This hotel is absolutely swarming with young children in the summer. Impossible to get a pool chair unless you play the game of getting up at 7 AM to put your towel on your book down and save a seat for the day. Front desk, staff and bell staff are very polite, restaurant staff were extremely rude. Hopefully you don’t intend to sleep in on your holiday as the roosters will start crowing at 5:30 and not stop.

Beach is man-made and just a ok Not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade around the pool. Too many children unattended and jumping in the pool. Item left in room was not returned. Numerous calls for an update were unreturned. Very disappointing for $1500 for a 2 night stay not including any food or beverage.

The resort was very comfortable and perfect location near the airport. Breakfast was a bit too pricey for continental. Pool was open late or maybe we weren’t supposed to be in there but that was cool. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Resort was a memorable experience! The restaurants served really high end cuisines! The breakfast buffet was delish! The staff, manager in restaurant (Veronica) was super nice! The servers (Belvan, Esteban, Michael, and a bunch whom I cannot remember names were the best!!!) Only minor minor issue is if you are in a wheelchair or have knee issues (pls request a suite near lobby.) You will end up walking up a steep hill. (PS - the suite was so clean; the bed was firm and the towels were changed daily.) I will return in a heartbeat.
