The room was great the free breakfast was differently Awesome But the only thing that was disappointing was the elevator was not working for the two days I was there and with me having a bad knee i did at times found it difficult walking the stairs but everything else's was great

Staff lacked attentiveness, and was quick awkward. Following us to our room and waiting outside until we got inot oir room. We were not notified of pool closure, gym and no restaurant at time of booking. So he we are in our suits myself and two children...at the front desk askign for the key and the look they gave us was worst than the stares and the following us throigh the hotel.. The whole basement was flooded and renovations were taking place. Here is the best part, due to the basement being flooded our room on the first floor was infested with MICE !!!! The lack of accountability and understanding from this staff was being disturbing. Staff were not eager to help chamhe room or refund... Let me be clear this place was our go to.. Thanks for the last round of disgust!!!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. No heat control working and solutions was to open window with -12 temperature out side. Amenities that attracted us where shut down the day we arrive for full time of stay. Elevator not operational for the duration of our stay. Result was canceled after one night and we did get a full refund.

The room was really nice, everything was clean! The hotel informed me (after all ready having it booked) that the pool and elevator was out of order (once we arrived we seen it’s because they are doing a bunch of Reno’s) which wasn’t a problem for us it was a 1 night stay. I just think it should have been said before rhe booking incase we couldn’t do stairs. Anyways the hotel itself very nice and with the Reno’s it will be even better I’m sure! The gentleman that checked us in was also very very nice and great at his job!
