Staff are very friendly and gave us lots of tips of what to do around Hanoi and where to eat. Great atmosphere, close to the Old Quarter but away from the noise. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Definitely, the main attribute of the hotel was its people. They were super nice, welcomed us really well, and were always asking if we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious (the Pho) and the location was right in the downtown, so it is perfect to walk around the heart of Hanoi

Location location location: all the most famous sights and stalls are just minutes walk away, yet the street it is on is reasonably peaceful. The car can go right up to the hotel doorstep, so heavy luggage won’t be an issue. Service: always goes an extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. A shout out to all the service staff, at the counter, the front door, the breakfast area. Impeccable service and attention to our needs. When my friend was taking her meds, one of the staff immediately offered her water without us asking for it.

The room was a very nice size laid out very well with French theming and color scheme. The beds were two double beds combined meaning the space was massive! Bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel staff are some of the loveliest people I have ever met on my holidays and are attentive and helpful.

The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown. Excellent place. The lake and other tourist interest places are at a walkable distances. The market too for souvenir and other shopping are right outside. The breakfast was superb. Good spread and tasty. The Superior, where we stayed was fairly large but didn't have a view (small window). That's probably because of its location in the middle of downtown. On the whole our stay was enjoyable and very comfortable. The staff was just too eager to help out with every information (tourist and shopping nature).
