Great location, many restaurants, shopping, massage places, many attractions walkable distance, safe area. Being in old town expect traffic noise but was not bad. Great helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, in room safe, no bathroom issues. TV ok. Breakfast was average. I liked the hotel and stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located in old quarter, so it is easy to walk around to shops and restaurants. It is right next to a bar so quite loud at night - if you have a balcony room you can hear everything outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities are a bit outdated, the walls are very thin (I could hear everything my neighbors said) and the breakfast is not worth it. The food is mediocre and you could find better breakfast at a nearby stall or restaurant.

We stayed total 3 nights in Lotus boutique Hotel. The suite featured a wonderful large bed, a big bathroom and a balcony with a wonderful view. Breakfast was Rich an Taste. Mrs. Anna from the Hotel Mangement contacted me shortly after Booking and patiently worked out the details of our 6 night Trip to Halong Bay (Cruise) and Ninh Binh with me. Transport between the destinations was reliable and comfortable. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our short trip so much.

Okay hotel stay

This was a “you get what you pay for location”. The front desk assistance was very good and the women were very helpful. The room was average at best with some issues with outlets not working to not getting hand towels to the minimal water that they offer their patrons. They did offer a decent breakfast, however, you had to go to another hotel a block down the street to get to it.

Great location right in the middle of a busy street, walking distance to most attractions. The staff were very helpful helping us book a tour. Breakfast was good, small buffet style breakfast with a few options to order, was good enough for our stay.

Hanoi surprise

A hidden gem in Hanoi was so happy with the room as they upgraded me and it was so spacious,Hotel is in the old quarter walking distance to everywhere Hanoi Hilton jail Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum was such a nice couple of days I had there and Ana at reception and the other staff very helpful
