I was a bit nervous about this place based on the mixed reviews I had read. The photos on the site made the property look better than in real life. The hotel itself is run down and in need of some updates. The room was fine and bed was comfortable however the supplies white towels looked old and grey. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was from the sister hotel and was very basic. The location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was perfect for sightseeing but expect lots of noise. Of all the options in Hanoi, I’d try a different place before returning here.

Owner and employees are extraordinarily friendly and kind. They provide me with a ton of helpful advise for a solitary traveler who is unsure of Ha Noi. I enjoy the hotel's interior design. Old-fashioned decorations with numerous authentic Ha Noi features are used. Travelers who want to learn more about Ha Noi should visit this location. The location is also advantageous because it's close to all the locations I wish to go.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Close to all shops/restaurants and museums etc. the hotel is very modern and clean. The staff a were exceptional! Anna showed me around Hanoi and was so friendly. The lady on reception was very kind. I was travelling alone and they did everything to make sure I had a lovely time in Hanoi

The accommodation was in a very good location and room was very clean. The room service was also very good, especially the hotel manager and staff were very friendly and bright personality.
