C'était un moment merveilleux pour dépenser dans cet hôtel. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur coopération et la manière dont ils nous ont traités. Bien qu'ils aient eu un bon petit déjeuner, j'ai adoré leur dîner. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également idéal et il est très facile de se promener ici et là. Nous avons visité de nombreux sites célèbres à proximité et nous souhaitons recommander à tout le monde de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Très professionnel.

Hotel right in the middle of Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast provided, good Pho for breakfast everyday. Lots of fresh fruits. Excellent service by all front desk staff. They all speak excellent English. Our concierge: Jim was excellent. He made reservations for our 2 tours from our email to her. He provided many extra service. From just us discussing to her what we were looking for in the city. The hotel room is more then worth the money you pay for. It is better then I expected.

We only spent one night in the hotel before heading to Halong Bay. We were very happy with the stay. The staff were fantastic - extremely polite and helpful, best service we had. The room was spacious and very well priced. The location was central, just a 10 minute walk to the main lake. I would definitely stay again.

Emplacement au top dans le vieux centre historique..facile pour visiter à pieds..hotel très propre et personnel très accueillant, parlant bien anglais. Ils nous ont aidé dans nos réservations de taxis et déplacements. Chambre 601 avec balcon au calme, petit déjeuner buffet à volonté. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, compte tenu du grand nombre d hôtels dans le quartier historique.

Really nice, clean and modern hotel. Staff are the friendliest and most welcoming on arrival and check out, the room was cool and spacious with a smart tv and the location is perfect for the old quarter. Close to bars but you can’t hear a thing inside the room. I enquired about checking out at 6:30am as it was early which was fine as they have someone on reception 24/7. Then when we checked out they had prepared a takeaway breakfast for us which was really nice of them and unexpected. Could not fault this hotel and can’t wait to stay there again!

Location! Couldn’t ask for a better location. A walkable distance to all touristy areas. Lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel is small but nice. I think only three rooms on each floor. Rooms are big and spacious. Reception is open 24/7. The massage was 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel if you look for a good hotel in a busy street.

The staff are extremely friendly and put a high-value on customer service. On our return from Sapa to the hotel, after the night train, the staff were very attentive to our needs and treated us very well - and we were not yet even staying at their hotel (we were in transit to HaLong Bay and we only stayed with them two days later). The food was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend it to others who are travelling. My husband and I were backpacking in Vietnam for three weeks, we are both in our mid-to-late fifties.

Could not have picked a nicer and friendlier hotel than this. The place was spotless and my room (for single occupancy) was of a good size. Location was fairly central and as I like walking I covered most of the sights on foot. The hotel has a travel advisor for any tours you may want to go on. Finally the breakfast was good and I had dinner there a couple of times which was also very good.

staff was very helpful and personable. room was very very small. we only stayed overnight so it worked out fine but definitely would not stay here for a longer stay in Hanoi. It is located right it he middle of the Old Quarter so it is very walkable and convenient to everything.

Hotel is fine & efficient, I have no complaints. I was able to was clothes for cheap and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Stayed for two nights and the location is centrally solid. I was up on the 5th floor and the room was fine, not bad at all for a budget stay. Breakfast was also fine .

This is a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff are amazing. They are so polite and incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant during lunch and dinner and the food really good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends when they visit Dong Hoi.

I found the Best Vietnamese Hospitality in here. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, staffs are excellent in everything, very friendly and helpful. For me, it's a 5-star hotel with 3-star hotel price, we got very nice rooms and nice designs, complete facilities, one thing made me amazed. They provide quality tours with nice price, all you have to you is just talk to the guy at the travel desk. The location is a bit far from Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, you have to walk around 7 minutes to the lake but I didn't mind the location. If I go back to Hanoi, definitely I will stay here again.

As soon as we came into the hotel we felt welcomed by everyone. Everyone was so friend, helped us out with all our needs, and made us feel at home. The location is in the Old Quarter, but it's about 5 minute walk to the main area, it's still a good location. The Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and everything was perfect. We highly recommend this Hotel. It's a 4 Star Hotel so don't expect more than that.

Everything was great! Good manager and staff. Very clean rooms. Recommendations given by manager were very helpful in Vietnam. Tour packages to Sapa and Ha Long were fantastic! Hotel staff were very helpful and even offered us a room for 4 hours when we came back from Sapa to Hanoi (next was Ha Long bay). They didn't charge us for this 4 hour stay and invited us to breakfast. Very organised small comfortable hotel where we will stay next time again.

My second stay here. The staff are still brilliant and the breakfast was better - best bread rolls in Hanoi. great value, central, beautiful bathroom, fruit on arrival. The manager, Jimmy, arranged my trip to Sapa - 3 days with a personal guide called Tang - riding all around on the back of a motorbike. Definitely the best way to travel!

The people at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful! You quickly feel as if you've known them for a long time. The hotel is new, and in a great location. The rooms are clean and beautiful- fresh vase of roses the first day! Great bathroom. Outstanding breakfast too! Everything was wonderful but especially the people at the desk!
