先月、友人と私はここに泊まり、快適に過ごしました。ホテルは旧市街の中心部に位置しており、レストラン、バー、カフェ、文化的名所などが多数あります。私たちが泊まった部屋は広く、クイーンサイズのベッドが2台あり、窓もありました。ベッドは少し硬めでしたが、それでもぐっすり休むことができる快適さでした。部屋のエアコンはよく効きましたが、エレベーターは少し温かめでした。無料の朝食も美味しかったです。 こちらの宿泊施設やカスタマーサービスには本当に感謝しています。私たちは信頼できる会社の往復送迎付きのハロン湾クルーズを探していたのですが、ホテルのジェニーとジミーが、ハロン湾や他の目的地へのさまざまなパッケージプランを提案してくれました。空港からホテルまでのタクシーも含まれていました。本当に感謝しています。

My friends and I stayed at here last month and had a nice stay. The hotel is centrally located near the heart of the Old Quarter, where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, cultural landmarks, etc. The room they stayed in was spacious with two queen-sized beds and a window. The beds were a little firm, but still comfortable to get a good night's rest. The AC in the room worked great, but the elevator was a little warm. The complimentary breakfast was good. I really appreciate the accommodations and customer service here. We were looking for Ha Long Bay cruises with a round-trip transfer from a reputable company, and Jenny and Jimmy from the hotel was able to offer us a list of different packages to Ha Long Bay and other destinations. Included was a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I truly appreciate that.

超棒的员工！友好且乐于助人。英语沟通非常顺畅。位置便利，距离湖边几分钟步行。我临时预订这里，因为计划有了意外的变动。员工非常友善和乐于助人，让我可以寄存行李并在那里等待第二天的出租车。此外，他们还帮我预订了一个临时的美食之旅（如果是你第一次来这座城市，非常推荐），不过早餐不要吃太饱，因为行程开始得比较早！美食之旅最后在火车街结束，我有幸看到火车经过——真是一次令人惊叹的体验。酒店的早餐虽然简单，但很丰盛，有美味的现煎鸡蛋、培根和热自助餐的米饭，还有各种面包、水果、茶和咖啡，以及一些美味的甜点！非常感谢，希望下次还能再次入住这里 :) 感谢你们在我初到河内的第一晚提供的帮助和指导！！

Super staff! Friendly and helpful. Communicated in English very well. Convenient location, few minutes walk from the lake. I booked there with short notice- due to an unexpected change of plans. Staff were very kind and helpful, allowing me to store my bags and wait there for my taxi the following day. Also, helped me to book an impromptu food tour (highly recommend if its your first time in the city) just go easy on the breakfast as it starts quite early!! The tour finished on train street and i got to see the train passing- a truly amazing experience. The breakfast at the hotel is basic but hearty with delicious freshly cooked eggs to your liking, bacon and rice from the hot buffet and a selection of bread, fruits, tea and coffee. And a few delicious sweet treats! Much appreciated and I hope to stay here again :) Thank you for your help and guidance in navigating my first night in Hanoi!!
