This is a great hotel with amazing service. Upon arrival MiMi let us check in early, sat down with us and showed us a map of the surrounding area and things to see. We stayed a few days and she continued to check on us and the day we were leaving she sat down with us again, just to chat. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, with different options including an egg dish or pho. The room was clean and quiet. Giang at the front desk was extremely helpful, and repeatedly assisted us with transportation to and from local attractions and to the airport. Mrs. Jennie also helped us get transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a lifesaver especially when we arrived internationally for the first time in Vietnam. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in the center of it all. The hotel was nice and clean with a nice breakfast to start the day. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, A/C was excellent and water pressure was good for my thick hair. Location is walking distance to a ton of things in a busy area. There is a lot of street and honking noise since it is right at a busy interaction. It did not bother me but it could be an issue for some. I would definitely book this hotel again.

L'emplacement était très pratique, proche du lac et du spectacle de marionnettes. À distance de marche de la gare et de la rue des fresques murales. La chambre était très spacieuse et les détails de bonne qualité. Les matelas étaient confortables. La douche avait une bonne pression. Les employés étaient très attentifs et polis ! Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour répondre à nos besoins. Un grand merci à Jimmy, Celina et Jennie qui nous ont aidés pour chaque exigence.
