We had an incredible experience during our stay! The staff went above and beyond, helping us organize our trips to Ha Long Bay and Hoi An, making everything smooth and stress-free. These destinations were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt completely comfortable thanks to their support. The room itself was fantastic – the bed was extra comfortable, and we loved waking up to the stunning city views from our balcony on the seventh floor. Very nice boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. Excellent location from where you can easily walk to the water puppets Theater, train street and shopping districts and street food. Hotel does a very good airport pick up private car service which is cheaper than the taxi.

Great location

What a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the tourist attractions in Hanoi old town area. It can get noisy from traffic but was OK after 11:09pm. We loved our stay there. The elevator is different being on 1/2 floor levels so if you have a walking condition that is not good with stairs it may not be the one for you.

I've never stayed in the old quarter before. And I won't again. I travelled with a 3 year old and my wife. Sleeping in this hotel is nearly impossible. The noise from the streets is so extreme. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was good for the food you can get anywhere around there. I hope you enjoy noodle soup and cigarette smoke. I saw staff smoking in the kitchen while preparing breakfast multiple time. Smoking is everywhere on the streets. Overall I have it 3 stars only because the staff was very helpful and kind. But for the room and noise 1 star.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and supportive with our needs and changes. We were greeted by Sullie at reception and given tea and cookies. Our rooms were not ready but we were able to drop our bags and start exploring. Jennie was fantastic from the very beginning arranging transportation from the cruise terminal to hotel and back again. Even with our changing timetable! Great location and lively rooms and breakfast options!! 10/10 from the Canadians

OK but not accessible and poor food

I have several issues with this hotel, primarily the lift. In the listing the hotel is advertised as having a lift and it does indeed have one. The problem is that it doesn’t go up from street level. To access it one needs to climb three flights of stairs (26 steps) and then take the lift to the upper floors. The lift stops on a split level so it is then necessary to climb a further 9 steps to access the room. Availability of a lift is a necessity for me when booking hotels as my wife is disabled and has great difficulty climbing steps. The hotel is definitely not wheelchair accessible. Breakfast was very poor with limited choice and the cooked food was cold with the warmers seemingly broken or not plugged in. The room itself was tired but functional. It was very noisy from passing traffic but this was anticipated as we’d booked a room with a street view and balcony. On the positive side, the view of the street was interesting and the balcony great to sit and watch the world go by. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the air-con was effective and the wi-fi good. During my trip to Hanoi I stayed in two other hotels in the Old Quarter. Both were significantly better (particularly the food) and cheaper than this one.
