We had the opportunity to stay in Hanoi at the end of November, and we stayed at the Hanoi exclusive hotel. We booked the executive room with the City view. The location of this hotel is ideal. It has many stores and restaurants around. The room size was perfect for our needs and we had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the neighborhood. The room had basic amenities such as water, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, body, wash, and shampoo. Exactly what we needed. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The receptionist, Lien, was very kind and very helpful. I recommend this hotel fully. Thank you

Good breakfast options that is freshly prepared, comfortable beds enough hangers and hooks around the room, good internet access and most of all attentive service . Convenient location with a lot of food options within walking distance . Will come back to stay after Sapa trip !

I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. Good Location!

It was a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is superb, right at the heart of old quarter. We walked to everywhere and no need to take Grab. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the stay!

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!
