We had an amazing stay at Peridot Grand. The location is ideal if you want to stay in old town Hanoi, there’s so much hustle and bustle, but when you pass the gates of the hotel, it is so quiet and peaceful and amazing. The location you can’t beat it the breakfast buffet to die, for I am a foodie, and this was a foodies paradise. Extremely walkable did I mention the rooms the room was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful kind I will definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Peridot is a gem in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. As you arrive into Hanoi, you’ll be greeted by the chaos (which you’ll quickly fall in love with), but Peridot is a quiet retreat from the noise. The entrance to the hotel is stunning and all of the staff greet you with a warm smile and welcome. Julie, in particular, was a wonderful first impression of the hotel. She couldn’t have been more helpful or kind, offering us a list of great places to visit. Not only did she help us in Hanoi, but once we left to Hoi An, she also offered a list of suggested places/things to do here. Another member of the team, Kylie, also got in touch before our arrival. She suggested a restaurant for dinner, Lan Ong, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Vietnam. Both Julie and Kylie are assets to the Peridot team. Finally, the hotel room was beautiful. It has a giant tub, which after a hectic day of exploring, was a welcome treat. The beds were comfy and we slept like a baby. All in all, I couldn’t recommend the Peridot more strongly. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Very kind, attentive, helpful and accommodating. Because I’m a vegan it was very hard to find meals I would eat, but I made do. All and all it was wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely book here again.

Beautiful lobby, property, the rooms very very well appointed. Get a suite or Jr suite. A nicely professional staff. Breakfast is extensive and international. The rooftop bar is a plus, although it was rainy for our stay. Can imagine it with a clear, starry night. Very well located in the old town. Highly recumbent.
