The service was fantastic. I ate at the restaurant on the 11th floor for lunch and enjoyed a good tenderloin. The room was well prepared when I arrived. I had no issues on check-in or check-out. The location is fantastic if you’re looking to stay in the old quarter which has a great vibe.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury hotel in the Old Quarter area. In preparation of my stay, a hotel staff reached out with food recommendations in the area. You can also ask them any questions you might have. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options, from Western (pastries, pancakes/waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon) to Vietnamese food (pho and bahn mi) from 6:30-10am. If you have full day excursions planned that start early in the morning, you can still dine in for breakfast. Even if you opt out of room cleaning, they’ll check in to see if you need any items replenished. If you have time, book a full body massage at their in-house spa. Better than any spa you’ll find in the area!

Fantastic hotel. The pool and roof top bar are 5 star. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you want for a busy day ahead. Rooms very clean and the bed is comfortable, pillow top mattress. The people were exceptionally nice knowledgeable and kind. Ask Ms Julie for her food recommendations she got us a table at Michelins star restaurant within a night of my casually talking about it. But her street food recommendations were off the track and soooo good. Super convenient location. Three weeks felt like an afternoon.

Our favorite hotel!

On a very long honeymoon with lots of stops, this has probably been our favorite hotel. Great staff, great facilities, excellent location, most comfortable bed ever! Very accommodating and the breakfast is great. When we come back to Hanoi, we will stay here again!

Okay but not luxury

This hotel does not fall under five star luxury. It might be for the local standards. The staff is nice and polite but if you're looking for luxury don't expect too much by visiting this hotel. My room was city view and all i saw outside my window was slums of Hanoi. The noise from the pool area in the evening when rooftop bar opens was easy too much. It was impossible to have a good night sleep until late hours. I would not return.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!
