The Mandarin is a private waterfront retreat in Hartswell, Great Exuma, with breathtaking views of Moriah Cay and its protected National Park. From your own dock, you can set out each day to discover pristine sandbars, secluded beaches, and calm turquoise waters.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children. A pool overlooking the ocean, a large yard, and an outdoor bar with a Hibachi grill make it perfect for family gatherings or relaxed evenings. The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with modern amenities, and powered in part by solar energy with natural filtered rainwater. Moriah Cay—famous for its untouched beaches and crystal-clear waters—is less than 500 yards from your door.
