We had the strangest encounter while staying here. We were traveling with our baby. We went to a rum punch party where it was open bar. I had my baby in the carrier and was only going to have one drink. It was 7 pm and my baby was sleeping for the night. The lady was refusing to serve me saying it was bad for my baby. We went back and forth multiple times. Finally she gave me a glass half empty and I walked away. Pretty sure she did black magic on us. We had horrible luck the rest of the trip. My baby woke up the next day with a fever, any time we stepped outside it would rain etc. Our last day there the same lady that we hadn’t seen since, was half hiding behind a table and stared at us with a straight face and said “how are you” as if she knew we weren’t having the best time. I normally don’t believe in stuff like that but it was very very strange and off putting. Her actions and attitude made us never want to go back. Employees shouldn’t be forcing their opinions on guests. I’m allowed to safely have one drink and also had milk back in the room for him. Quite frankly it’s none of her business.

Our trip was so so. The bad: the hotel does not have an elevator, thus a bad choice for the handicap and elderly. My wife and I are 70 and we had to climb up and down 60 steps to go from our room to the restaurant and beach. Unfortunately this resort is on a busy street and the bus drivers are honking their horns a lot so it if it was not for noise of the air conditioner we would have had a hard time sleeping.The beach is a nice beach but the weather was bad when we were there and the seaweed was a foot thick by 20 ft wide to walk thru to get into the ocean. This would have been tolerable if the hotel would have raked a path to the water everday, but it did not until I asked them to one day. The Manager party was a joke, no hotel management showed up and they did not offer any appetizers, it was only a free rum punch at the bar party. Service for food was very slow, expect to wait a hour for breakfast, they would be better off to offer a breakfast buffet. The good: we did get a great price to stay here. They have some nice restaurants walkable nearby, such as Buzo’s and Tapas. The room was good and kept clean daily. The food at the hotel is good when you eventually get it. The girl that books excursions was very helpful.

This adorable family run hotel is a slice of heaven. The staff is great and you get excellent attention from everyone. Booking excursions was easy and the location made it easy to get everywhere. We loved it

I expected this to be hotel on beach like pictures you posted. We arrived late, were taken across street to the annex. We only rented one night so why would we need a kitchen. Rooms were run down, banged up, dumpy. Outside area was in backyards of dumpy residents - across street where I thought I booked was the beach and pool. I tried to contact you but was not aware my phone would not work there. I tried to get code on I pad but for some reason none of my emails loaded until I got home.

The property was well maintained with the best ocean views on the island. They have a long private stretch of beach with ample chairs. The beach bar is shaded and the drinks are well made. The restaurant has really delicious food. We will be back!

Nice family run hotel within reachable distance to Bridgetown and the Garrison areas. There are not many dining options in the area, but the hotel does provide access to one restaurant on premise, another next to the annex and also a beach bar. Rooms in the annex are spacious, although slightly inconvenient as to access the main building (and the beach, bar, etc.) you will need to cross a road that can be quite busy depending on the day/time. But overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Very nice location. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. People are generally friendly. The best thing to do is snorkel out around the breakwaters and see a ton of fish. That said the beach is quite rocky. Wear shoes or fins or have your feet torn up. The last 2 days we were there the seaweed descended upon the beach. The food is nothing special. In fact we had some trouble where we ordered one thing (fish and chips) and were served another (flying fish) with no chips. The kids were frustrated and we then had to face a slew of managers telling us about how this had happened and calling it “the incident” but never offering to make it right. This was a $20 mistake and not worth all the craziness of having to debate what happened (an inexperienced server who could not operate the ordering software) on the pool deck in full earshot of other guests. It was during that time, I decided the Coconut Court was not for me.

Very clean nice beach access. Area is good only improvement is they need to seal the rooms. You can hear the bus and street noise and any sound from the bathroom is heard by those passing by.

The beach area was never crowded, chairs were always available. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean & restocked. Bar food exceeded our expectations. Snorkeling right off the beach was an added plus! Security & front desk staff were always friendly. An overall excellent experience!
