Room adequate. Wife’s shower was hot. Mine was cold. Still cranky that I booked the wrong night with Expedia and couldn’t get a refund. We had a pleasant evening at Mantra next door as Ibis Budget does not have a restaurant. Ibis is fine generally and convenient for an early morning airport departure.

Was expecting breakfast as it said was included, but told by staff that our accomodation did not include breakfast. Also, we were told there was a shuttle service from the airport, but we rang twice and was unable to leave a message, so had to catch an Uber which cost $42. When we informed them at the desk, all he said was"Too bad". - Unacceptable! The room was very clean, but extremely basic. Will be leaving a Google review as well

In terms of price/product, it is very expensive. The customer service was poor, as they spoke to us very rudely. There were no amenities in the bathroom (toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, comb)

We had a one night stopover between flights. Easy walking distance from domestic terminal. Transport needed to international terminal. It had everything we needed for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was really good. Staff were friendly and polite.
