Kids (8 and 12yo) loved the bunk bed, the games room and karts to hire. Cabins are clean and comfortable with extra pillows and extra covers. Everything was perfect I would come back

The room was ok for a night just a little small

The hotel was nice but it is not 5 star , or even close. The hotel was understaffed, and the staff communicated it when requesting services. I don’t expect that when spending $700 to $800 a night. There was no concierge, no one to order taxis, no place to get early coffee, no room service to the Villas, transport to the villas only when they could find someone. It is close to being nice but doesn’t have the level of service that I would expect of a 4 star, let alone a place that says it is 5 star.

Spacious rooms, quiet location. Great parking.

Parking was easy. Kitchen had most things, but no bowls. The shower was not as clean as I would expect.
