Can’t fault the staff. They were lovely and went out of their way however:
No hot water in the morning
Blocked drains
TV didn’t work
No sanitary bin
Stains on the ceiling
Uncomfortable bed
Thin walls
Incredibly noisy but ineffective flush
This could just be bad luck and I give the benefit of the doubt here. As I say, staff were super helpful and I’m sure with some investment and effort it could be great.
