Excellent stay. Great staff and facilities

Clean and comfortable room. Shower could be improved as it moved constantly when turned on. Whole property was at a high standard and staff were helpful.

The ladies on the reception were wonderful. Pleasant, courteous, funny and kind. Yeah the ablutions were wicked clean, the room was exactly what i needed. Wi-Fi is good. But those two birds on the front desk. They need a bonus! Well done guys A*

Very clean and large room . Breakfast good. Pleasant staff

What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful.
