The property is really nice and the rooms are comfortable. The only thing that was dissapointing was the gym, lack of proper equipment or the knowledge to set up one for a five star hotel. There are more than ever frequent tourist like me who will not choose a hotel without gym. Please put a thought on it.

Wonderful luxury hotel, great customer service and excellent breakfast and restaurant. The guest room was very well appointed and super comfortable bed. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful hotel in the most convenient location to the Christmas markets and shops. Staff is kind and helpful, room is beyond amazing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!!

Very well located property in the centre of town. Great rooms and breakfast. Quiet. Check in was chaotic with rooms not ready due to the late check out of a visiting soccer team. Very crowded on arrival and clearly understaffed. Improved immeasurably over my stay however
