As a refrigeration mechanic I found it nigh on impossible to turn on the air conditioning. Also, NO instructions in the room on how exactly to turn air conditioning on. When, somehow by fluke, it was turned on, airflow was VERY low and the room was uncomfortably warm all night.

I had a free upgrade which was amazing and given it was my birthday i arrived very late but was still able to check in. The staff were amazing but the mini bar doesnt exist. The only down about this hotel is the pool, it is small and murky and it wasnt even full when i stayed.. also very
