Rather disappointing

Disappointed that Hotels.com did not tell us the hotel was being refurbished. Bar was closed during our 10 day stay. Parking at hotel was not free. They charge 5€ per night unless you want to walk 150 m away. Sky TV was totally in German. Had to ask Manager to change location of our room which originally opened onto the car park and was noisy. Room very hot, No air conditioning and no fan! Positive’s were that the food both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The Villa Nova rooms were to a high standard and great walk in showers. The hotel was in a beautiful location. Great indoor pool, hot tub, sauna etc and gym. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is located and a quite calm area which invites for long and relaxing walks. Not all staff members are well trained. Beds and wellness area needs to be renewed.

Sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Superior Zimmer gebucht. Leider kein Kühlschrank ,keine Klimaanlage, Flecken an Wand und Spiegel Frühstück, lauwarmes ungewürztes Rührei, kalte Spiegeleier ,pappzige Brötchen, schlechte Auswahl .Die Sauna 80 Grad funktionierte oft nicht.Sauna und Schwimmbad in die Jahre gekommen. Oft im Schwimmbad und in der Sauna keine Aufsicht.
