On arrival at the hotel one of our rooms was not ready at 2pm but had a complementary drink because of it this is something that needs looking at. I do not normally fill these surveys in but I have to compliment this hotel for the friendly welcome by all areas of your team. Reception, bar, pool and restaurant for there smile’s helpful and having time to chat with the customers please keep it up.
Stayed for one night on way to Heathrow.
Parking was straightforward. I have a EV, there were 2 chargers available, BP Pulse. A bit tricky to use as the didn’t take contactless cards, but sorted on BP Website. Lots of other parking available. I think hotel charged £7 overnight for charging.
Checkin was fast and friendly.
Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries.
Ate dinner in restaurant, went for noodles with prawns. Nice and tasty but a bit pricey.
Breakfast was ok. Cereal, fruit, cooked. Only complaint was not so good for vegetarians / vegans. Veggie sausages would have been good,
Checkout was fast and efficient.

Dinner and waitress were fab. The lovely lady who served us was so polite and attentive. The shower in our bedroom was old and broken. Had to stand almost on top of the taps to feel the dribble that came out. Also was lukewarm and couldn't turn up anymore. Room was cold and heating was slow, old and noisy. Our window wouldnt close properly so a constant draught and noise came in. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly but rushed as so busy. Couldnt get a bowl for cereal at breakfast as had none clean and was told others in dishwasher.
