Beautiful heritage hotel with amazing staff. Lovely balcony room with massive bath & Appelle toiletries. Breakfast was a treat - continental & cooked to order smashed avo eggs. Autumn leaves & the kangaroos. I can’t wait to visit again for a winter spa weekend.

Clean room nice and quiet ares some facilities need upgrading

The property was perfect for our requirements and host Helen was so friendly and couldn’t have done any more for us. Definitely we would stay there again.

Nestled in a tranquil and beautiful mountain forest, the hotel boasts a serene environment. Hot springs are within walking distance. The town center of Dalesford is approximately a 10-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, shops, and a variety of restaurants. With its comprehensive facilities and elegant décor, the hotel is an ideal choice for a relaxing vacation.

The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment.

Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.
