The Hyatt always offers the perfect 5-star experience, and the Hyatt on Collins did not disappoint. With a beautiful view over the river Yarra and a great inner-city location, I will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

A little confused about check in I have been to your establishment a few times last week I received complimentary water week beforehand complimentary drinks this week nothing not consistent but I still enjoy the service you should be complimented on your staff

Great value for money stay close to the heart of the cbd.

I booked the wrong night so that was my mistake but when i arrived the staff were very rude and unhelpful and did not get me a room. Didn’t get my incorrect booking refunded either. Disgusting for a so called 5 star hotel. Will never stay at the Langham again

Perfect location for Spencer Street shopping at DFO. Close to public transport. We have stayed many times as a couple, it has been fine, basic but suits our needs. Our 11 year old came this time, family rooms in dingy part of hotel, and felt dark and our view was grey walls with poop all over them from the pigeons they started cooing at 6am. We tried to change rooms and they said all family rooms had no view.
