There was 1 chair in the room and it was a broken office chair. Unpainted spackle on the wall. No water pressure. Someone in the parking lot was playing music at full volume.

Our family is on a road trip from Ontario, Canada into Florida. This is the first time taking this route, through all new states. Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in,

The restaurant downstairs is a “must visit venue”. I’m sure that you won’t be disappointed.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a basketball tournament. Upon arrival we were not notified that there was no hot water for the entire hotel. We did not realize until we returned from the tournament to shower. I then went to the front desk for more information where i was told the manager was unavailable, there was no estimated resolution and they could not do anything for us. They also mentioned they had received multiple complaints from other guest but still did not inform anyone of the issue. I was told someone from the hotel would reach out to me within 1 week. I still have not heard back from anyone nor has any type of refund or resolution been offered. I booked my stay with 3 children and we did not have hit water for the entire duration of our stay. This hotel was booked for the convenience of location to our tournament and the assumption that BASIC amenities would be provided. Appalled by how the situation was handled. Absolutely would not recommend!
