Clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel is centrally located and parking was more than sufficient for weekend. The hotel is showing it's age in a few places, and i was surprised that it seemed to be missing some basic amenities like an ice machine, no microwave in the room, and their vending machines only take cash. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable.

Carpets were disgusting throughout the whole hotel including the room. The bathroom needed upgrading The elevator had food on the floor. The bedding was nice and fresh but when I saw bug spray on the cart of one of the housekeeping staff I was worried about bugs so I did not sleep well because of seeing that Front desk man was very friendly Apparently if you book through Expedia you are not eligible for the continental breakfast. $16 is not worth it I basically paid 16 dollars for two cups of coffee

AC wasn't working properly. I complaint about it they said they would send maintenence. Maintenence never came. I went to complain the next day and they ended up changing me to another room but the issue was also happening in that room as well. I believe it is the whole floor.

I paid for a king size bed and was given two queens and told they couldn’t change my room, nothing worse than paying for something and not getting what you paid for I kind of feel robbed.

Manager was quick to refund me But room was filthy elevators smelt like sewage . Sofa bed stained up blood on floors dresser dirty bed had hair . And to top it off I saw roaches in the day light imagine if I turned the lights out !!!!went to front desk and immediately got a refund
