Booked room with strip view by paying extra. they gave strip view room but the room window has Mystere sticker which is blocking the view more or less. Booking also says "King or 2 Queens" and i chatted with hotels.com and put my preference as 2 queens. they confirmed that room type as 2-queens. but, at checkin they charged additional 20$ per day. i wish i knew this. i would have booked regular 2-queens room which was 40$/day cheaper.

Honestly, this hotel had the best of everything. They had a CVS downstairs a few restaurants downstairs and there was walking distance from everything. The room were clean. They smelled clean most hotels say they are smoke-free, but they smell like smoke. This hotel did not smell one bit I’ve been going to Las Vegas Vegas and this room hands-down is the best room ever. Definitely want to return in the summer or in the fall again.

My room didn’t get clean 2nd night. According to cleaning services employees indicate that upper management have cut off time for them to cleaning. Call front desk complaint they seem don’t care and told me okay we give you back the resort fee. I told them that is not the point. Still seems like they don’t care.
