The staff was absolutely amazing, always a smile and asking if there is anything else that was needed. We were there during an extremely hot week temps were in the 100s all week and our air kept at 68 no problems. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shuttle made it easy to venture out. Uber was also very easy to get with never more than a 5 minute wait. Highly recommended!

Overall I didn’t think the stay was worth the price. Elevators were slow and hot inside. Had to carry beach chairs and umbrella out to beach and it was hard to get it set up. Marketplace cash register froze and created a delay. Food in marketplace was not good. Staff was ok. When getting the beach umbrella, girl told us there was only one left so we would get it immediately and when we started walking to the beach, we saw that there were at least 15 still available. Ordered lunch at the pool bar which was very good tacos and burger. Rooms are updated and nice with good size but there is a musty smell in them. Tap water taste is bad. Location is great, beach great, pool area is very nice. But not a luxury resort.

The property was nice and mostly updated. The pool is a little on the small side, but the rooms are big and new. The food was average, not great. We rented e bikes one day and rode around the island. This was a lot of fun. The Seafood place across the street on the pier has good food.

The hotel overall was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The week it self excruciating hot! The elevator had no air, the main pool and adult pool both seemed dirty. Thankfully the beach is right there. The beach itself is beautiful. Wet relaxing and not over crowded.

Property was nice but the staff left a lot to be desired. The waitress at XO was great though! The greeters and reception staff were great. The workers in the market and the bar by the kids pool were rude and had extremely poor attitudes. Other guests also complained about them during our stay.

Beautiful setting right on a wide expanse of beach. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully equipped. Food options on site are pretty good, and many good restaurants are a short drive away. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive. In all, a great place for a stress-free beach vacation.
