This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation. This cozy home features multiple living spaces throughout the home, making it perfect for large groups of friends and families. Relax and unwind by the pool and newly renovated deck or on the covered outside patio that has great views of the 3rd hole of Heron Point by Pete Dye.

Walking in, you are met with the first living room, which features a large sectional sofa, a dining table for six, and an updated kitchen that features desk space. The first floor features an additional living room and two bedrooms.

The first bedroom has two full-size beds. The second bedroom and master bedroom have king-sized beds. The top floor has been renovated and features two twin beds and a queen bed. Each bedroom features its own newly renovated bathroom. The first bathroom has a tub and shower combination. while the others each have a walk-in shower.

The beach is a short, easy 7-minute bike ride from the house along the bike trails in Sea Pines. Located close to the home is one of the many Sea Pines Trolley stops, which runs directly to the Sea Pines Beach Club in season.

• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
