The hotel's facilities look great but the service lets it down. Often there is no one on the reception or bar. You arrive and don't know where to do or what to do as noone is greeting you - this is your first impression so important it's a good one! The bar staff are overwhelmed to the point the don't even acknowledge you when you are waiting. If some basic hospitality training was given it would vastly improve ratings and client experience.

Lovely hotel and spa. I guess in the summer this is more a wedding hotel (we stayed friday and saturday and there were weddings both days). This didn't effect us at all, other than the long queues at breakfast time - there was no noise and we weren't disturbed at all. The room was very large, clean and modern. A really nice touch as the option not to have your room serviced if you are staying more than 1 night, in exchange for a voucher for the bar - thats a win win. Overall, a lovely break

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Guest at hotel for family wedding, very impressed with our contemporary executive, very spacious, very clean, modern decor/furniture. Beautiful large sized bathroom with big bath tub & separate walk in shower, again all very modern & clean. When travelling over this way our only choice of accommodation has been a hotel in Market Bosworth which we’ve stayed at several times a year for several years, however, that was until our stay here….

Slightly disappointing

Hotel is at end of quiet lane, looks good, we had a nice room, and staff were friendly. We were there for one night, not having dinner, so breakfast and WiFi both important, and both poor, hence only 3 stars. WiFi constantly cut out. Hot breakfast items on buffet, even though we arrived with 40mins to go, looked tired, and as though had been there a long time, including rubbery fried eggs (we did get a newer set after pointing out the inedible first one). Processed sliced bread for the toaster, no nuts, seeds or standard muesli (there was gluten free) mean that a healthy breakfast wasn’t really an option
