The room is on the smaller side but all you need for a great stay! It was very clean and well equipped with an amazing harbour view and a large bathroom. It is very well located, close to the shops, wharves and Salamanca. Chocolate hour is a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful hotel in a convenient part of Hobart. The room was on the small side but used space in a smart way so it didn't feel cramped. Bathroom was almost the same size as the bedroom with a lovely big bath and rainfall shower. Would be good to have a heating vent or heat lamps or something in the bathroom to deal with Tasmanian winters - we were there in May and had to keep the bathroom door open with the heat on full blast when the sun wasn't up (but when it did rise it warmed the whole room, which would be interesting in summer!) Only other note is reception needed to be better staffed. When we needed to collect our car from valet we called down half an hour before as instructed and the phone rang for a good 10 minutes so I ended up going downstairs with wet hair instead only to find one woman behind the desk at almost 9 am with no help. We pre booked our car pickup the next day which worked better.

Excellent hotel located walking distance eateries.

Visited Hobart for four nights with friends. They had chosen the hotel and we are so pleased that they had. The room spacious clean and well appointed, the staff were friendly and efficient. Ever afternoon the hotel offered a chocolate hour which was a very nice touch. Well located and valet service was excellent. My only criticism would be that the beds are a little too soft for my liking.
