The size of the room, the amenities in the room eg the clothes line, night light, block out curtains, multiple mirrors in the bedroom, and the couches, the comfy bed, and the balcony, the cleanliness, the service of the staff and little additions like the birthday card and dark chocolate honeycomb (which was to die for), it was the full experience. The hotel is conveniently located, a stone throw away from utilities and eating places. The only thing I would suggest is to have better lighting especially where the small mirror near the door is located. I used this space to put on my makeup and would have appreciated a bit of lighting for ease. Thank you so much RACV for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends. Keep up the standards.

We had a great suite so very comfortable to stay for four nights. Central to all. If u have a car, make sure u know how to get to the car park. Not enough spaces for all the cars but the valet makes it all work. Great bed and shower as well. Would stay again.
