The staff was excellent. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and very responsive to any concerns I had. The property is just so-so. At times, there was little or no water for showering. There was hammering/banging somewhere in/next to the hotel at 2 o'clock in the morning that made sleep impossible or a few occasions. Plus, hotel repairs during the day made the place very noisy. The lack of amenities such as shower soap/gel or other toiletries just left a lot to be desired.The hotel's beach location is excellent, but this is not a place that I would return to.

Basic accommodation with a decent bed, small fridge and hot shower. The location is great: right on the beach, lots of restaurants nearby and close to the bus station.

There was no hot water in the shower, people/children screaming in the halls. No blankets on the beds, only sheets. No complimentary toiletries, etc.

This little gem was awesome. Affordable right on the beach and the friendliest staff who were very accommodating. We were able to park right in front. Based on other reviews I will tell you no, they don’t speak English but it’s Mexico so why should they? It was a great stay with a comfortable price tag.

Not a fancy hotel but the room was immaculate and well equipped. Cannot beat the location. Right on the male on. Most rooms (ones with balconies) have an ocean view. Courteous and efficient staff. Will definitely recommend and return next time I visit Progreso.

Great location right on the malecón. Clean hotel. Only real complaint was the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. Handle for shower door was missing. Entry door jam could be more secure. I would stay there again despite those issues. Good valué & friendly service!

The check-in was seamless as well as check out. The room had very little amenities. Parking was awkward upon parking people would ask you for money for security and arriving back later in the evening again it was panhandlers asking for money to insure security of your vehicle.
