The hotel over all didn't look clean. The bed sheets where stained. There were small roaches in the bathroom sink and coffee table. The towels smelled like humidity or like they were there for some time without being washed and there was no soap in the dispenser. Thank God I always bring my own towels and soap. I did tell the front desk lady about the soap and she handed me two little bar soaps. She said she thought that was taken care of. She was really nice though. I wasn't trying to be picky as I went for a funeral but it's just common sense and courtesy. The lack of parking was ridiculous and stressful specially when you are with kids. It took me over an hour both nights just to find a spot. The noise from other guests was insane. There were people screaming, laughing loudly, horse playing in the hallway, a couple fighting and the female kicking Johnny out of the room and Johnny cursing her out saying he pays the bills there, beds shaking all night and people upstairs walking all night were the highlights of our nights there. It was just a bit too much for us. Now the lobby, front desk area and breakfast area was nice and clean. The breakfast was good for what it was. It seems like all of the work is put in the front lobby and main floor but the floors and rooms need work.

well the hotel was close to where I needed to go that was the only reason I gave it poor instead of terrible.. first checked in .. agent was fine and friendly.. but this is where this stops.. room run down smelled like smoking weed in room .. temperature was like 100 degrees and no thermostat.. had to call they adjusted now it was like 40 degrees..went down to pick up my food delivery… this is when the unexpected happened.. in walled a guy with his girlfriend well i’m sure it was a girl friend for rent .. asked to book a room with 0 i’d and 0 credit card .. and it was allowed .. the agent said no but someone who was supposed the manager came out and allowed.. wow amazing i paid almost 200 for this hotel…Best Western should be ashamed

Wonderful staff who were helpful with my unplanned stay. The room and facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood has shopping and dining options. The only negative was the loud volume of hvac unit.
