Comfortable, Clean, and Close to Everything!

This was well-chosen hotel, located close to the Arch and many historic downtown locations. We could easily walk to see sites of interest. The hotel staff members were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby was spacious and very clean, and our room had nice, comfortable beds, a spotless bathroom, and plenty of space for our belongings. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice two bedroom room suite with kitchette. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Nice looking pool and in a very good location, quiet area close to Riverside park and a couple of restaurants, notably the Freighthouse Restaurant. Helpful & friendly staff.

Room was clean and comfortable! Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool and workout room was small. Location great. Extras such as “back court yard” with basketball, bags, putting green, nice seating and lighting area was really nice. A few indoor games in the lobby available was a nice touch.

The property is centrally located along the Mississippi River and within walkkng distance of great restaurants and a vibrant downtown. Riverside Park with river walkway steps away. Stayed in a quiet, safe suite with kitchen, clean, comfy beds, very well appointed and had a delicious complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay again.

Room for improvement

The good: Hotel lobby is clean and well kept, staff is friendly. The room itself was exactly as pictured on the reservation site. The complimentary breakfast had good variety and was satisfactory quality. Downtown shops, restaurants, and riverfront within walking distance. The bad: The thermostat in the room was dodgy and unresponsive, as a result the room was either too stuffy or too cold. Linoleum panels in the kitchen area were not adhered to the floor and would occasionally stick to my feet and pull up. No bathroom fan, and the toilet was so small it was near unusable. Be aware there is a significant rate hike for weekends, an extra 94$ in my case. Hotels.com averaged out the nightly rate on the pricing page and itinerary confirmation email, so this is not readily apparent (total price remains unchanged).

Hotel could use some updating. Carpet andnfuriture is showing wear and staining. The bed was clean and very comfortable and shower was clean. The breakfast wasnt even close to what the photos showed on the website. The area was not clean and selection was poor.
