The room was nice an big, however the curtains were old an dingy looking, coffee pot didn't work,no microwave in the room ,I had to walk to the next floor to warm my food an get hot water because the microwave was in the hall with the ice machine. It wasnt a good experience.However The staff was very kind very prompt the place was clean very nice hotel They need to just work on their amenities...

Room and lobby were pretty clean. The pool was horrible. Dirty with dirt all on the bottom. The sides had what looked like sand color but wasn’t it was dirt or algea. We booked this hotel mostly for grandkids could swim. If we booked it for other reasons and not the pool it would be nice.

The staff was friendly, breakfast divine, room spacious and nice with two vanities and loved that feature. Did have to ask them to vacuum the floor, and they did. Otherwise really enjoyed and great place to stay

The shuttle experience here is one of the most disorganized and unhelpful services I’ve experienced. I would recommend biting the bullet and paying for Lyft/Uber if you can because it’s not worth trying to figure out or dealing with the hassle of the service. In 4 days, I’ve been left early before the shuttle was scheduled to leave, 20+ mins late and now not even coming at all as I’m waiting on my Lyft in hopes of not missing my flight after waiting almost a hour in the lobby. The staff inside and at the front desk were great and were very kind during my stay. The room was comfortable and convenient to be closer to Midway. They genuinely were the only reason i had a positive experience with the hotel.
