The staffs are very helpful, polite, The location is pretty quiet, their are Seven Eleven, convenience store and cafe within 5 minutes walking, transportation is 1 minute walking away from the tram station, 3 minutes away from the bus stop and 15 minutes away from the subway station. I have booked this hotel 5 times already in the last two years when I went back to Hong Kong for visiting my families.

great location, had a really good sleep during my stay. towels were super big and thick - totally up my alley. pillows could be harder and more dense - it was a little too soft for me. mini bar is a drawer type rather than the conventional door type which in my opinion would have been a lot more flexible. The space for the WC was very tight which made it not so comfortable to use.

A great location and staff were helpful and professional. The location is ideal as it near the harbour and walkable area and shops!

Comfortable and *very* spacious room, with helpful staff and an extremely quiet location. It's an extremely walkable area with plenty to do, plus easy MTR access. The hotel starts on floor 19 (if I recall) of a much larger property that's accessed from a separate elevator, so it's a little bit of a maze to get from the street to your room. But the benefit is that it's one of the quietest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it.
