The Figo is a great option in Hong Kong. Great location and helpful staff. The coffee machine and happy hours are much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but they have everything you need. Housekeeping is done to a high standard.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always prepared to help. They couldn’t be faulted. The air conditioning was very effective and the room spacious. The general lounge /social areas and outdoor terrace were particularly inviting with a variety of comfortable furniture and a large table at which to work or play some of the board games provided. The area became a welcoming social hub where numerous guests would sit and talk.

Generally really good however the room was dark all the chairs were very uncomfortable and the lifts were very slow. As i was on the 3rd floor I often used the stairs but obviously no one. is supposed to use the stairs as there were filthy and had lots of debris in the way. This was a concern as i assume the stairs are also the fire exit and a lot of people died this week in Hong Kong in a terrible fire in a series of tower blocks

My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!

Nicely designed property but the rooms are worn down. Walls covered in marks, floor was not clean and the bathroom needs a major clean. Bad drainage in the shower, mold marks and just dirty in general. The lobby area is really nice and and clean, I wish the room was shown the same care. Staff were very nice and helpful

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings.

The location was in a dirty run down part of Hong Kong. The apartment had stained pillows and very dated. Broken lift, one lift servicing the whole block.

Tightly tucked away in the city, but once inside, a very pleasant experience. The property has a full fitness center, evening happy hour, and complementary soft drinks and coffee all day. The property is very close to Harbour experiences and attractions and very accessible and convenient for Uber & taxis. They're also close (walking distance) to neighborhood bars, restaurants, convenience/grocery stores, and other forms of mass public transportation.

Venezia was the best staff ever!! She was so sweet and helpful and told us a ton of stuff to do around the area. She was very accommodating to us 3 girls who are newish to traveling in international places. The property was really great, there is a shared living area with coffee machine that makes lattes!, free juice, and free happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was great! we had an amazing experience and will be back if we ever visit this area again,

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.

This was our second stay at The Figo. Customer sevice was exceptional for the whole stay. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Location is fantastic, easy to get to transport and in the middle of a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of places to explore. We’ll definitely be back again
