The Space:
The Pacific stretches beyond the skyline as island breezes drift through your private lanai. From the 29th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, you wake to ocean views, mountain view backdrops, and Diamond Head in the distance - an elevated vantage point in the heart of Waikiki where the rhythm of the city meets the calm of your own corner retreat.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo is thoughtfully arranged for up to four guests. The bedroom is separated by a sliding door and features a king-size bed with closet and dresser storage. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. The unit is single level with no stairs inside.
Living space
Natural light fills the open living area, where a 40 inch HDTV with standard cable and fast wifi - verified at 302 Mbps - support relaxed evenings or remote work. An Ethernet connection is also available. Window AC keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen offers space to cook meals at your own pace, along with a dining table for shared breakfasts or evening dinners. Whether you’re preparing a quick bite before the beach or settling in for a quiet night, everything is designed for ease and flexibility.
Outdoor living
Step onto your private patio or balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and warm island air. Beach essentials are provided for days along the shoreline, just a short walk away.
Building amenities
Waikiki Banyan offers elevator access, a free parking garage on premises for one vehicle, and an EV charger - level 2. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna - with the pool and hot tub currently under renovation until May 2026. A shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, and paid washer and dryer in the building add convenience for longer stays.

Set in the heart of Waikiki, you’re close to the beach, dining, shopping, and Kapiolani Park, with public transportation nearby for exploring more of Honolulu. Self check-in via keypad and long term stays allowed make this condo an easy home base for island time at your own pace.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
