Staff are wonderful; exceptional. Room was immaculately clean, bathroom too. Location great. Lack of internet and functioning electrical outlets in the room were challenges trying to book a trip. However, the lobby provided secure internet. Much ambient noise from the karaoke bar, traffic, and people bleeding through unclosable bathroom window. Loud a/c helped filter the noise so it wasn’t too bad. Room temp great. Free coffee bar in lobby. Has elevator!

Wasn’t able to extend checkout due to flight being a little pushed back and wasn’t going to the airport till 9 hours later. I asked 3 days prior awas told to ask the day of and that I would be able to pay an extra fee to extend but was told no when it came time. But they could hold our bags which helped a little while we walked around 8 hours

The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Toshi. He went over and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and my needs were heard and met. I would certainly re-book again.

The room was nice and clean. Check-in was simple and easy. The lady that helped us when checking in was courteous and nice. Answered all the questions I had, being it was our 1st time in Hawaii. Cleaning staff was always pleasant. We were right downtown, 2 blocks feom the beach which made it nice for food and beach time. We do plan on revisiting Hawaii, and will more than likely use the same hotel.

The staff was very nice and the karaoke bar in the lobby is awesome but the actual hotel room is horrible. The mattress was so soft and uncomfortable and the bathroom is so small that you have to get into the corner of the bathroom to close the door or wash your hands. The absolute worst thing was the incredibly loud area around the hotel. The windows in the room are louvre style and don’t block out any noise or light. The lights directly outside the windows are so bright it looks like daytime when it’s the middle of the night. Garbage trucks, street cleaner, big rigs delivering product happened 24 hours per day and we couldn’t sleep at all in the 2 days we stayed there. The hotel is very centrally located which is great but if you can’t sleep because it’s so loud, it’s not worth it.

Only stayed here for a night for our layover and suited all our needs. Staff were lovely and location is super convenient for food and the beach. Only downside was some loud noise in the early AM hours due to construction which disrupted sleep and noticed that the door lock under handle didn't work. Other than night, good place to stay for a night and felt relatively safe.

One block away from Kalākaua behind the Hyatt. It’ll get a tad bit noisy depending on where your room faces but bring some ear plugs and you’ll be fine. The staff were seriously one of the nicest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The free coffee and laundry made the entire stay well worth it.
