Very close to the beach. They have complimentary towels, beach mats , beach chairs and even aloe Vera gel if needed. The staff is friendly, the a good price, wang chunks Kareoke bar is down stairs. I will stay there again ina heartbeat

1 booked a "boutique queen " room but got a "petite queen "room, tiny and cell like. 2 hotel advertised a restaurant/bar which in reality is a gay karaoke bar that doesn't close until 2.00am. Needed ear plugs to sleep. 3 the first room assigned to us had a extremely noisy air-conditioning unit, upon investigation i found a old wet towel growing black mold literally 50mm,2in.from the air conditioner intake (extremely bad for your health). I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHILE IT IS IN THIS STATE. P.S. $15.00 US PER PERSON FOR BEACH TOWELS AND COFFEE IS OUTRAGEOUS!

The hotel was clean, but extremely noisy. If you get a room with the exterior wall being nothing but louvred windows you will hear ALL the road noise outside. It's like glamping! The location was great, and the onsite bar was also really good, we enjoyed trivia night.

The floor we stayed on (11th) was quiet, and we had a comfortable sleep, but I heard that the lower floors could listen to the Karaoke party that takes place on the 1st floor. This is a great location if you like to be close to the beach, and the price is very affordable.

Air conditioning was very loud it’s the kind that sticks out of the wall. The pictures are NOT as advertised be aware of that when booking. Overall not the worst but the petite and boutique queen is basically a 8 by 8 room with nothing but a small tv, bed, fridge, and microwave. I would choose somewhere else if you mind that but the location is great very near to many things

Really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary Kurig coffee bar & rice treats. The younger staff was amazing especially Julie (I think that was her name). There was an older night person who was very very rude. She yelled at the kindest german lady for trying to check in because she claimed to be on her break.
