Dirty, dingy, disgusting dive!

This was a very poor hotel. The 1st room was abysmal. Filthy carpets and the sea view was marred by a dirty window and a balcony that was covered in cigarette butts, bird droppings and used tissues! The 2nd room was a little better but way below what we expect of a hotel with such a grand name. I woukd never stay here again. I wish i took a B&B. So much cleaner. We were disgusted!!!

Close to the pier

Cons Dirty/old carpets ( really needs a change) Cobwebs at windows, made it difficult to go to window to watch CV Restaurant; I was made to wait 30+ and in the end they forgot my order. By the time they Tried to rectify I was tired of waiting. Pros It’s close to the pier; cafe; restaurants; amusement park The staff at the reception and housekeepers gave me good customer service.

Centrally located very comfortable hotel.

Well located hotel. Very comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Reception team were very efficient and friendly. A great asset to the hotel.

Stayed here for the 3rd week in a row, the experience the 1st two weeks was generally better. There is not a daily room service, unless requested, which is OK, but requested twice for additional coffee, milk etc, and still were not provided with any. Service at breakfast was perhaps the only standout, although having the doors to the hall opened at exactly 07:00 is a bit annoying.

Great location

Hotel is located in a great location and right near the adventure world and shopping centre. Staff are bery friendly and helpful. The room could do with a upgrade overall and breakfast was ok.

The room was boiling and windows wouldn’t open. The location was ok. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and very old / dated. Breakfast was ok, didn’t eat much of it. Kids were running up and down in the bar after 7pm which I thought wasn’t appropriate

This is an older property for sure that could use some remodeling. However for the price for. Sea front hotel is incredible. The bar’s fabulous with seaside views as does the breakfast area. Drinks and food are great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Best hotel for walking to Carnival and pier and boardwalk. Would stay again!

Poor check in, safe not working, no soap in bathroom. Was moved to another room only to find same issues. No safe available all weekend. Tired condition. Needs a full facelift. Would not stay again
