Luxury & Comfort in AVL

This was the most perfect hotel for a comfortable, luxury stay in Asheville. Very conveniently located and walking distance from multiple places in downtown. The highway is also conveniently located if you’re looking to drive to further places in the area. Our room was very comfortable, and offered so many electrical outlets (which was great since we worked remotely). The shower was the most relaxing experience ever experienced. Room was very clean and in great condition. The staff is extremely friendly, and I would definitely say the valet parking service is 100% worth it. Can’t wait to return!

Charging for valet service and not having it as part of the cost is deceptive. Then the staff gave me corporate speak rather than acknowledge the issue. Heater blew ice cold and controls didn't work. No one answered the service call. Put me in a new room luckily it didn't blow ice cold and the controls didn't work. Finally, paid for the valet, but app didn't work to request my car. Oops not finally, the coffee we were told would be available with a comp breakfast was available if you paid for it. IHS won't see me again anywhere!
