Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Located on the lake right off central, close to shopping and restaurants. This condo has a large deck with outdoor grill and relaxing furniture. It has a private boat slip and is located in a quiet cove. Great for weekend getaways or a week of relaxation. Large deck/patio with grill. Two covered parking spots along with cable television, wifi
and spectacular views of the sunset. All on one level. Master bedroom overlooks the lake and has attached master bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and full size bathroom. Many more great features.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this property. It's beautiful, spacious, and clean, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is so big and filled with so many helpful items. My husband and I enjoyed having so much room to work together without bumping into each other! Denise was very helpful when we had to change our original dates, not once, but twice. She was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay by one more night. The extra space was very helpful for our son and his wheelchair. We hope to return to this gorgeous property and enjoy lake life again, soon!

False Impression and Not Clean

We rented this property for 7 nights and only stayed for 1 night. Toilets were not cleaned, carpet and rooms smelled heavily of pet urine with many stains. Condo is not accurately portrayed in the provided pictures - this property is one condo among 12-14 in a very close and tight complex where everyone is on top of each other. We left for another option and was not provided any partial reimbursement. Very disappointed in property vs what we paid.

Amazing lakeside condo!

Great weekend stay, condo was clean and ready for check-in and excellent communication with host! Inside—so spacious and well decorated! Our group of 6 had plenty of room, slept well and very much enjoyed peaceful evenings outside on the lakeside patio. So tranquil, and loved the visits from the geese family. Host was so great, we will be back when in the area.

Beautiful views, restful deck

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sitting out on the deck was so very peaceful as we listened to the geese and watched the ducks and turtles. Everything was well stocked and so comfortable. The property was very accommodating to our son in his wheelchair. Thank you for this delightful and restful getaway!

Harper Family Vacation

Our family came to Hot Springs for a quick four-day vacation. We did all of the family attractions in downtown Hot Springs, but it was the most rewarding experience to come back to this lake house after our busy days. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect end of every day. The big deck was perfect for our family breakfasts and dinners. Our kids loved feeding the geese and fishing off the dock. We even swam a couple times off the dock, however, it was a bit shallow and kind of mossy. Our kids didn’t mind at all, though! LOL. The lake house was perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our family meals. I absolutely loved our trip and this house! We look forward to returning very soon!

Great location and amenities

I booked this condo because I needed a pet-friendly, two bedroom, 2 bath place for myself and a friend. We came to Hot Springs to be in the path of totality of the April 8, 2024 eclipse of the sun. Thankfully the weather cooperated and it was spectacular! The condo was fully equipped for our 5-night stay. Our deck looked over the water with a gate to the stairs leading to the dock. I’m not a boater but this place has its own slip. You can also walk from the back of the condo to either a concrete walkway or wood stairs. The walkway was great because my dog is a senior and it was much easier for her. The environment was very tranquil. The lake geese visited us daily. Harp’s grocery store is very close, making trips for supplies a breeze. It’s about a 10-minute drive to downtown Hot Springs for the tourist area. The one caveat I have is the concrete driveway on the left leading from the street to the condo below…it was STEEP. I’m not used to hills so this was especially startling when I first arrived at night after a 9-hour drive. There are two drives; I recommend the asphalt one on the right…it has a less dramatic slope. Other than that, the only issue was the first time we tried to enter our lock code, it wouldn’t work. I called the owner and she reprogrammed it right away. So be sure you have her phone number. I highly recommend you book this condo. It has plenty of room. It was more than enough for two. I would think even six people would be comfortable.

A Quick Three Night Get-A-Way

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We came to Hot Springs to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time, ... the place is larger than we expected, ... the deck is huge and offers a fantastic view of the lake, ... and we really enjoyed our time here.

Labor Day on Lake Hamilton

This condo was perfect for our family Labor Day weekend get-away. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a spacious and well stocked kitchen. The added bonus…it is pet friendly, so our Goldendoddle was able to be with us, as well. We would definitely rent again!
