We were on a family vacation and stayed at hotels Memphis, Nashville and Hot Springs. This hotel in Hot Springs, even though it was older than the others, was by far the nicest: clean, nice view, nothing was broken, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here next time we are in Hot Springs!

Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants. Was a great visit. Inside the lobby and elevators could use some touch up. The room and view was great except we had no body wash in the bathroom. External could use some touch up between the hotel and parking. I did not feel my vehicle was secure however i could look out my room window and see it.

Real bad cigarette smell

We stayed at this hotel for just one night as a layover to the next pace and it was ok. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke pretty bad. We called the front desk to let him know about the smell and they werent to bothered by it. I mostly called because i thought maybe thed switch us rooms, but nope. They just said ok. Bed needed more pillows and the bathroom door never locked correctly so my business was everyones business when it came to showering.
