The facility was beautiful, spacious room bathroom beautiful, however when i first sat down in chair there was a huge roach crawled out from under the footstool. The signage was hard to find the actual entrance from the street. I did not eat breakfast.

Room was overall tidy, bathroom had mold on the lower wall, shower head was loose and unable to adjust ,shower insert was creaking and the toilet seat was old and discolored. The check in staff was excellent, but I had to wait at desk for almost 15 minutes to check out, waiting for the person to get back from their smoke break.

The location of this hotel was good for walking downtown. Several choices for places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed live music in the hotel’s bar & grill. The only complaint is the H/A unit was super loud when it kicked on. It woke me up a few times in the night. No fancy amenities, but good enough for the 1 night stay we needed. We did not make it to breakfast, but this hotel did offer complimentary breakfast.

It was conveniently close to everything in walking distance. Weather was rainy and cold and drivers would drop us off and pick us up. All assistance was very nice and friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. The staff came in daily to attend to our room. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and answered all our questions. We loved the free breakfast in the morning. What we appreciated the most was the great staff that drove the shuttle bus. We took advantage of that daily and they were so accommodating to get us where we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this hotel!!
