Check in was smooth, room was clean, only downside was breakfast - same over seasoned eggs everyday, so much black pepper and in the gravy too. Otherwise nice place, but I personally didn’t enjoy the breakfast and had to eat elsewhere.

Convenient and comfortable

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for our trip. The staff was super friendly. The bar was nice with a variety of cocktails. Breakfast was nice with a fairly large variety for a complimentary breakfast. The one negative was we were given only 2 bath towels for our family of 3. Definitely not a deal breaker though, and will stay again in the future.

Quick trip

Bridget was fantastic at check-in! She was informative, efficient, and friendly. Our room was comfortable and fairly clean. The sheets had a stain at the top of them. I didn't like that the shower door only opened one way because it's difficult to turn the water on and not get doused with cold water. The view was nice, the room temp was easily controlled, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a stay when visiting hot springs. All the bath houses, bars and brunch spots are within walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was the same on both days. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!
