This is one of our favorite places to stay in Hot Springs. My husband is VERY particular about where we stay and he approves of Hotel Hot Springs. It has changed a lot in the past 5 years but still worth it.

The Hotel Hot Springs was such a nice place to stay. Not only is the hotel beautiful but is conveniently located and within walking distance to downtown. The outdoor dining was so relaxing and the dining staff very attentive. Our valet was so helpful as well as the front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet and the view was amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

They need to deep clean the room. There’s hair everywhere: on the sheets, in the bathroom, and even on the towels. The AC filter also needs to be cleaned or replaced because it smells unpleasant. The staff, however, is friendly.

Great stay. Will stay again

Great stay. Very convenient location. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was the adjoining door between my room and the next room was not soundproof. Could hear everything from the guests next door. Hotel should look into soundproof measures for those doors.
