The hotel staff did not clean the room nor did they leave any fresh towels. When I asked for fresh towels I was told that I needed to come down to the lobby to retrieve them Also one of the elevators was not working so it would take a good 20 minutes to get to and from the room. The hotel itself was nice but definitely the staff knee training and customer

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine, nothing spectacular to rave about but a nice hotel for the price point and especially the location. Would stay again for the convenient location.

We loved our stay at Aloft! It’s in a great location and the king room is spacious with a great sized bathroom as well. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and found the drinks to be reasonably priced. The only issue we found is that the air flow in the room was not ideal, leading it to be fairly warm at night. We may have needed to turn the air down much cooler. Otherwise everything was clean, felt updated and well-maintained and in great walking distance from activities in the area. Would happily stay again!
